Thanks to the Clifton Chili Club for hosting another epic contest! I was surprised to see there were no lady contestants this time, that's a bit unusual. Congratulations to Oane; that man was working like a machine, with no signs of pain or fatigue! ( what was the first prize this time? ) By the way, I remember a while back you said you would send me a bottle of mango salsa, but it never did arrive; I think it was stopped at the Canadian Border Crossing and confiscated as foreign plant matter or somesuch, just a guess, but I want to thank you all the same.

but ok to be honest... habanero is damn hot alrdy ^^ as i ate a full habanero at home to feel what the contestans feel.. i grabbed the milk instantly 😂

Sadly the Dutch food culture doesn't include a lot of heat. Or other spices. It's often too bland. It got better when immigrants from Suriname came with their great spicy food.
