What kind if chilli is used ? Is that like a diced jalapeno salsa, looks like it could be with onions or is it something else? Green chili Cheeseburger is one of my faves .looks good different from what in used to but I'd try it for sure.

I like seeing others cultures take on things and this channels hasnt let me down ,great Job there! Over here in my state we have the " Hatch" green Chile and the " chimayo " red and both have had their fair share of copyright infringements. Most hatch really does or it really isnt real hatch it's just a marketing ploy but from what I understand most " hatch" is from elsewhere with the "hatch" label stamped on it . Same for the chimayo red but they took that issue to court so I think that's not as bad as the " hatch" situation. This next harvest I can ship these youngsters a bushel,free of charge out of my pocket to see how the response is. If it's a hit we can or I can get them the plug on it and they can use it for their enterprise. I like seeing youngsters being assertive and getting stuff done,makes me really think of how good I actually have it and it makes me happy seeing others working with the hands they are dealt and not crying about it,makes me really appreciate the luck I've had being born where I've been. I come from a native reservation in the usa and sure some are the worst off in the usa where I'm at it's not that bad. Never heard of yogurt in the recipe I'll look one up and give it a try. If I do send them some green or red from here I'll include our recipes as well. Again thank you and be safe!
