Paneer(Indian cottage cheese)- 250 gm
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Green chilii - 2
Garlic - 4
Spring Onion-1/4 cup
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp
White vinegar - 1 tbsp
Green chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup -1 tbsp
Schezwan chutney - 1 tbsp
Sal to taste

Hello Kabita ma'am .... this recipe of chilli paneer and schezwan fried rice made my day today i made them for lunch and it was awesome and very delicious... last week i made chinese but it did not turn out that good( i made it on my own without any recipe from KZbin) but today it was bingo .... paneer ka to texture hi alag tha hamesha se i didn't had spring onion at home but i substituted with fresh coriander still it tasted good ... thankyou so much apki recipes always work for me
