that speech was awful. that's why England never win anything. it's that mentality that has crushed us. those united kids who got beat by city's kids were just told by a legend that they should be embarrassed and ashamed. there no shame in getting beat by a better team. there's no embarrassment in trying your best but not getting the result. we need to teach youngsters to express themselves without fear. not be told they should "be hurtin". they don't talk to kids like that in spain and it's not encouraged.
