The mistakes just show that even more effort is thrown into the video than what even the final product shows at first glance. Nothing bad about it. This video was amazing 🤩! The SML Movie was so fantastic that I didn't notice plenty of mistakes. When Screwball was driving the van during the police chase 🚓 I saw people in the rearview mirror as well. That's the only mistake I noticed. Every SML Video is perfect 👌. They are so enjoyable!

7:17 I wouldn't say that's a mistake. I think Screwball knew about getting tracked by plate and took it off. Or another instance could be the paper plate being torn off by something or someone. The temporary plates are typically a paper slip in a laminated sheet and can be easily taken off without any tools.

thought that jeffy’s 18th bday was better than anything I could I have anticipated, the fact that we thought jeffy’s dad was dead but he was alive, and then the mom died, so it just oddly balanced out. And the fact that this took 5 years really shows that some elbow grease was put into this, and is it weird that I just realized that it was THE SML MOVIE but other than that, good job Edit: yes it did take a week, but I meant it took 5 years to fully develop, and it did still take a lot of hard work

The only thing I critique is the idea to make Jeffy's father alive again. I feel like that is a predictable cop-out due to the opportunity always being available. Obviously I knew something was going to prevent Jeffy from getting his money, but I feel like there could have been a less predictable way to go about it. That's really it though, the rest of the video was pretty enjoyable. I wasn't bored once, which is definitely a good thing for a video that length. Don't think I am hating, because that was literally the only thing I felt was a legit flaw.

I wouldn't really call this a "mistake" but a lazy cop-out: the decision to make his father alive again. When they announced he died in "Jeffy's Parents", Goodman stated that he left behind millions for Jeffy. That means they were dealing his will, which is legally binding. For his dad to suddenly say "I faked my own death I want my money back" is actually illegal, and wouldn't stop Jeffy from receiving his money. For overall realism, the idea is still possible. However, I think they could have gone with a more creative route for the explanation of why Jeffy couldn't receive his money.

I FOUND ONE!! When Marvin and Brooklyn Guy were chasing down Screwball and Jeffy's Mom, they keep saying that Jeffy's mom is driving the van, but at the end when Screwball was apologizing, Marvin said that screwball was driving the van!! Also, mistake or no mistake, it was the best video ever!

I noticed a few more mistakes the first time I watched this. If Jeffy jumped out first and it showed him looking at the van right after he jumped out, wouldn't we see Screwball jump out or see him out of the van in shot if they both jumped out pretty much the same time? If Brooklyn Guy, Simmons, and Marvin were watching the van the whole time before they blew it up, wouldn't they have seen Jeffy and Screwball jump out? And wouldn't they have also heard the gunshot and question what they heard? 🤔
