I know how it feels to loose a love one because 4 years ago when I was 8 my grandmother was in the care home and suffered from dementia and she died and I was at her funeral And I almost cried watching this because it reminded me of her 😢

So very sorry for the loss of this beautiful young lady. Why some families are sent so much pain I shall never understand. It was an unique and gentle service very sensitively conducted and a credit to Justine. I never knew the family, but it was heartbreaking to see the great sadness and tears from her parents, sister and all who knew her. I truly believe that Justine is in a far happier place than the one she has left. Carry her memory in your heart for one day you will all be reunited.xxx

Thank you so so much to the Walker family for sharing this most precious of intimate personal occasion. Your daughter sounds like a really beautiful person who was larger than life. I found her story sorrowful but also one of courage and bravery. She was so so right when she said "All we have is the here and now". A beautiful life lived with courage and dignity. My cousin's wife had a wicker coffin which, too, was beautiful like Justine's. She also had a humanitarian funeral, full of personal reminiscences and love. This funeral is so loving and full of comfort. Justine was an amazing woman looked after by an equally amazing and courageous family.

an odd way of committal in this chapel. The priest or celebrant manually closes two wood-like doors in front of the coffin. and the curtains don't close either. Rest in peace to a brave young lady. She had endured so much in her short life with Cystic Fibrosis and be then hit with cancer. Rest in peace, Justine. respect to her loving family. I hope her remaining sister is coping a bit better as she has this terrible disease too.

Not a lot of people have the curtains shut anymore as it can be very distressing for the family. It depends which crem you are at as well. I’ve never seen doors before though. I think it is a nice touch actually.
