I have been super stoked for this! It's great to see it in action! Thanks for the awesome run through, as usual!

I have dozens of worker placement games which I had thought was more than enough - but now I want this one too! Love the worker splicing mechanism, what a great idea. Another one to go on my watch list. You are costing me a fortune Richard!

I'd think that the reason why plants don't eat is because of photosynthesis, not cannibalism

Looks very cute and clever. I like the reactor mechanic, the splicing idea is fun and cute as well. Another game with a 5 round limit to compress the action. Some different paths to victory... maybe even some without much splicing. Not sure

Thank you.

interesting and quite clever. Can't imagine all the different options you could use once the board gets full with modules. I'm curious how close the scoring will be. It may get more interesting with more than 2 players since with 2 players you have all those options while playing with more, it would be a bit less.

we found it reasonable close :)

At 20:00 when Jen built the one she only had 2 dollars didn't it take 3 to build it?
@PauloRenato238 жыл бұрын
it did and it was already noted... thank you

The $40 shipping to Norway kills most interest for me, though. Might get it if it ends up at my FLGS.

It would cost me 40 bucks too. With how many good games available for under $50, I can't rationalize spending $100 on a game I haven't even tried.

Man I know this has been asked before, but why didn't they use robots or A.I. ?????

Was this too heavy for Jen, or has she revisited the game since you received the final production copy?

nope, it's fine for us! :)

I'm Real Curius, on what basis you decide which game deserve extended runthrough and which doesn't?
@rahdo8 жыл бұрын
it's something that i'm doing more and more. basically if the extended would show "more of the same", i'm less inclined to do it, because the majority of viewers don't watch the extended vids, and the longer i film the more goofs I make, so they're usually more patchy. so in the case of this game, i felt like i'd done a decent job of showing all the core functionality in the main portion of the vid, so i stopped early :)
@rubyalexey86928 жыл бұрын
Well I'm almost always look at the extended if it's a game I like And I really wanted to see how all the tentacle and stuff go into effect
@rahdo8 жыл бұрын
that's a fair point, and this game could have used some more play time to demonstrate those as well. another thing that weigned into the decision whether to extend or not this time was that this video is the 2nd time have had to film a runthrough for it, because i made some *major* goofs in my initial runthrough due to rough early rulebook. so considering i was having to film the whole thing a 2nd time, i was also less inclined to do the extended this time... :(
