That “sauce” is actually called raita in pakistan. It is basically yogurt with some spices. And you are suppose to mix it with biryani or rice for more flavour or it can help lower down the spiciness.

Girls, for future reference, the naan pieces should be way smaller (preferably bite sized) and dipped generously in the masala soup (saalan), and pinch off a piece of boti (meat) before eating it. Plus the way to eat the rice in the biryani by hand is to have all four fingers grab a bite sized portion so that the rice sticks like it does in chopsticks before you slide it in your mouth with the edge of your thumb, it's kind of like 5 pronged chopsticks but instead of chopsticks it's your hands. P.S. the "sauce" is raita and it's supposed to be sprinkled lightly over the rice in biryani

Hey it was all so new for them it was just another world's food how can they eat like pro but still they tried to eat with hands If u guys go to korea would u be able to eat with chopsticks like them so how r they suppose to eat it like native pakistani In my opinion they ate really well and also didnt messed up anything And even native pakistanis are not able to eat with hands like pro they also use spoon to eat without messing

O gos when you gyz are eating there is a constant smile on my face im from pakistan and really love my traditional food biryani nehari ufff even i cant find this taste except in pakistan i think the food ur eating in korea is not of that level you found in pakistan please eat halwa pori ( breakfast menu) aloo gosht ( meat stew cooked with potatoes) palak gosht( spinach with meat) kheer (rice pudding) haleem ( its a thick mixture of lentils and meat) definitely try them all
