Wow, they really are natural problem solvers just like humans, it's amazing to see her trying to figure out how the blocks of wood for together in the spot where the floor is broken. Truly incredible!

I just watched the "Chimps Family" film, it was excellent, very good information into the family structure of the chimps. I was wondering, what is it like being groomed by the chimps? It must have been an amazing experience. Did you ever have any "close calls" where they became aggressive, or if they ever came close to grabbing you?

The moment they start grooming you, you feel yourself accepted. It´s one of the most beautiful feelings of my life. I´ve never had a bad experience, the only thing that happens is that if you are playing with them, sometimes it´s getting a little bit rough. They are far stronger than me, so sometimes I have to calm them down.

Wow. That is very interesting, thank you so much for replying and telling me a little about your experiences with the chimps. It's exciting for me to talk with someone who has had personal experience with these amazing beings. I have seen chimps at my local zoo, but they only allow you to observe the chimps from about 50 meters away. I also saw in one of your other comments that the chimps are no longer with you, I am sorry to hear that, it's easy to see that you care very much for them, and I'm sure you were sad to see them go. I hope you get the opportunity to go visit them one day, I'll bet they won't ever your time together.
