I remember when I lived in Hong Kong in my childhood, I saw a woman with blonde for the first time in real life, I stared at her for so long. Hong Kong has more foreigners than China and it is still rare to see one. I don't even think there are foreigners in any of the schools I've been to. Altgough I think there was a black girl who went to my primary school. I remember her in specific bc she had really pretty hair.

So I've been watching alot of China adopting videos lately and I've noticed that the people who live in China are really obsessed with taking pictures with Americans and their new babies while there. Anyone know why this is? I know it'd be super out of place to do here, so I'm just wondering why that is. Crowds of people wanting a picture with an American stranger. It's really interesting.
