One thing I have noticed that, there are dedicated (separate) lines for trains in up directions and down direction. By doing that they've already minimised the risks by 50%, Im sure the train management system will be complex, by simple decisions like those already play major role in safety

I think the CRH2 is a very overlooked model. It should be more common IMO. I'd like to see a 200 mph-capable 16-car version of it. The Shinkansen models seem like they fit in pretty well in China

The CRH 380 AL variant is a improved version based on CRH2, capable of 350km/h operation speed and 16 car long.
