Hello,,the scenes are somewhat typical of a low economy country .. I ask I know the low level of housing is very bad.. How do the homeless survive.. Does the government help?????. Or are they just evacuted to some other area.. With the cost of rent and low wages,, do people share/costs in an apt, or is that allowed? I think that is some sort of relief, for those that are working ..
