They also said Chinese/Asian are only good at memorization, not innovation. well, you do need to memorized enough datas/facts in your head to manipulate them to come up with something new, don't you? when you have a new idea, don't you need datas/facts from your head to assess and analyzed that new idea? Arrogance and down playing Chinese/Asian goes hand in hand, while they try to make themselves feel better, let us kept moving forward.

The apps that the US government disparages as "Chinese" are truly the international versions of these apps. It’s because they have a more frictionless video watching experience and the short form video experience makes it better at keep Millenial/Gen Z’s short attention span compared to longer video which usually requires users to have longer attention spans. No wonder the US is surrounding China with warships. We have to admit. China is moving faster than a blink of an eye. Their ingredients are simple. Their hard working culture and discipline. Then added production at home from the best around the world at a cheaper cost first, learnt from them as well as from the west knowledge centers. Then capitalized on building their own and the best the world can offer. Ladies and gentlemen, forget about China of the past. If anyone doesn’t yet understand that China is very much ahead in many fields and about to be top tech center in all fields shortly then they should go to the gym. Meanwhile the west is heavily on drugs snd focused on debating gender and lgbtq issues which are absolutely irrelevant.

China haven’t moved fast at all actually. Members of BRICS have been playing a long hand game for over 20 years. America nor NATO can win against Brazil, China, Russia, South Africa and the African Union (54 countries), parts of the Caribbean, and the new members of the Middle East. They’ve been smart waiting and working to cripple the dollar first and then eventually, WW3. I’m 🇺🇸 but our racist policies and missed opportunities around the world made us weak. No one’s scared of the Biden Administration and inside the country is fractured and divided. Our government know what all those countries have in common but the average American don’t.

@@Stream_A937 China has moved ahead according to a well devised plan using money and resources from its allies. Why do you think they have whole towns that no one lives in? Who do you think will eventually live in those towns if needed? There are other countries although smaller have made advancements to like for example, Dubai and Japan. Why do you think Chinese have moved in record numbers in Africa and the Caribbean? If they can moved into Haiti and invest it’s over. BRICS is going to replace the USA because it failed to lead. China or any other country in earth couldn’t do nothing without the resources in Africa. Africa has 90% of the world’s platinum and chromium and Haiti have Iridium the rarest mineral on earth. Why do you think the US government sent the V.P. to Ghana recently? They see the world is advancing and leaving America and Europe behind and being vocal about doing so. Africa is the last place on earth with 70% of untapped resources. The have all the resources for war ships, cell phones, computers etc.. Those minerals aren’t in America or China. And since you chose to focus on LGBTQ (for your own personal reasons) which was not part of the topic I’ll go ahead and tell you what BRICS have in common. They all played no part in western colonization including Russia. South Africa had apartheid in the country but it was the old government of a small % of European migrants who still live there under the new government since the early 1990’s. America has been arrogant to think that their intellectual property wasn’t going to be stolen used against them when they sent their products to be made. And our dumb government is actually importing foods from a country they are threatening to go to war with! Why is supposedly the greatest country on earth getting any of its food from another country anyway? Greed and institutional racism it’s foundation will be the undoing of America if they don’t wake up. How does a country think it can survive importing (buying)more than they export (selling)?🤔

This explains a lot. I noticed about three months ago on KZbin. I started getting a lot more recommendations from smaller news channels, and smaller creators than I was.. the last couple of years or since ad apocalypse. Ad apocalypse destroyed a lot of independent political commentary channels and pushed out mega corporate news channels like cnn. KZbin content that was deemed controversial was supressed by KZbin unappealing.

Hey Cyrus. Can you make a video about what you think of the social pressure there is in China? There’s this feeling that everyone has to compete with each other in order to be successful. In Chinese they call it 卷, which is trying to outcompete others. This is widely knwon in China

That's a good video Cyrus. Good to see the success of Tik Tok. Hopefully, one day China can relax the internet censorship and Tik Tok and Douyin can merge together.
@Shenzhou.
@Shenzhou. Жыл бұрын
Could you explain why those two companies should they merge together? The fact that _Tik Tok_ is separate from _Douyin,_ means that the Chinese government *doesn't have control* over _Tik Tok,_ so they can host servers overseas (i.e in America and Singapore). If Tik Tok and Douyin merge, then the US government would have the reason to ban the app.
@MarkYeung1
@MarkYeung1 Жыл бұрын
If the 2 companies merge, that will improve the communications between the users in China and out of China. Currently, internet users in China have limited access to sites out of China, and users overseas have many misconceptions about mainland China. By improving communications, it will promote understanding among different people.
@MarkYeung1
@MarkYeung1 Жыл бұрын
The fact that so many mainland Chinese users are participating in the comment section is proof that Chinese people are smart enough to deserve free internet.
@Shenzhou.
@Shenzhou. Жыл бұрын
@@MarkYeung1 If the 2 companies merge, it means that Chinese government will *now have control* over _Tik Tok_ (instead of having separate servers for overseas clients) and this will give the US Congress ever more reason to ban this app, if those two companies merge.
@Shenzhou.
@Shenzhou. Жыл бұрын
@@MarkYeung1 Another point to note is that is *100 percent possible* to access _TikTok_ (not _Douyin)_ while in China. However, if you merge the 2 companies, it means that the Chinese government will now have control over _Tik Tok_ and this will give the US Congress the reason to ban this app. By separating the companies, it will permit Tik Tok to set up overseas servers on USA to protect its users data.
