May I share an experience during my official duty in State Bank of India when an employee requested a customer to take a flag and pay Rs. 1 only .I with the employees failed to persuade. With anger I said that you can pay to get your billed passed for payment but not even Rs 1 for national flag that fund will be used for Army and their families. He said govt employee has done his work which was his duty .But the customer considered as favour. This is attitude of we civilians. We are not the least behave many times as citizens.
