Can be alluring... But belive me that is not sustainable... Last time shimla and other Himalaya's highly infrastructured area face floods that are abnormal and cause thousands of death.... Same in the tibet .. You will be shocked that china faces it's centuries worst flood in pearls rivers..... So don't be allured just by marvellous infrastructure... That is just for 15 to 20 years😢😢😢
