Countries are too afraid of the next world war. It's going to happen, we've only been delaying it and the delay tactics are about to completely fail when Trump takes control of the USA. When that happens, the USA will no longer be the world police and will not come to the aid of our former allies. Putin will unleash his stuff along with North Korea and China supporting them, along with any other 'western world' hating country. They will have free reign to do what Hitler almost accomplished nearly 100 years ago. All the documents that were stolen and sold by Trump will come into play. The USA will probably be in it's own civil war soon after and the alternate reality of the south winning the civil war will become our new reality. If you want a sneak peek at what's to come, look into how Hitler rose to power. It's eerily similar.

@@FadingVitals Not exactly. You would be surprised. I was under the same impression, but a lot of oceanic activity is under no rule of law. Not every country has the capability nor the funds to uphold maritime law. Although we have satellites, the cost of scanning and tracking every region of the ocean is pretty high. Many countries can't afford that kind of constant surveillance, or have access to the data. Certain areas of the ocean are basically lawless. Smuggling is common, workers rights are a second thought, and it's estimated that about 1/3 of all seafood products in the world are sourced from illegal fishing operations. After all, if you're out in the middle of the ocean, who's going to just pull up and check to see if you're in compliance? How do you even properly determine what countries laws you should be in compliance with? Many regions have lax maritime law, and not much enforcement. It gets messy out in international waters. You can't just call Interpol. Thousands and thousands of ships dock and sail everyday. There are many nations who uphold standards and have proper checks and balances. Not all do though, and there is some crazy shit going on out there. This isn't to say that it's all anarchy. There's great people out there doing their best to keep things in order, but the oceans are vast and dangerous. If you're interested in this topic, I would suggest to search Ian Urbina, a journalist who researched and wrote a great book on this and did a podcast with Jordan Harbinger.

During rough weather, loud sounds and near verticality got me out of my bunk (once, lol). I went to the wheelhouse to try to ascertain what was going on. Was the wheelhouse chaotic ? No. Not at all. There sat Captain Jentz in the Captain’s chair, alone in the dark: the only lights were the instrument panels and the fish-finding machine. He was listening to Ah Ha’s “Take on Me.” (No lie, he really was.) A brief talk, and he said “No worries Miah, you can go back to bed.” (He didn’t order me to go back to bed: he said “Miah, you can-you MAY-go back to bed.”) Some months later, somebody told me that particular night was actually quite serious bad weather. By being calm, Captain Jentz made me feel calm. Worry or concern can be contagious. All these years later, I now believe Captain Jentz was doing a purposeful leadership thing. There's a famous and wide-repeated incident about a certain military C3 center ordering a bunch of pizzas and Chinese food, thus tipping their hand in their planning for a surprise attack... whether or not it was true or apocryphal is beyond my knowledge, but it was and is still plausible.

5:20 my family is from Trinidad (island, south caribbean) so i've used lots of these in my life. the little slits at the "head" of each of those coils is for a little metal tab with a square base to insert into, to keep the slow burning coil about half an inch above where youve placed it. when i was a boy, i struggled with not breaking them when i separated them, too. i came up with a little trick. i'd take a piece of paper from my schoolbag and slip it between the two coils from one side. then, hold on to the paper and rotate the coil slowly while pulling the paper along. once you do that for long enough, the friction between the two coils drops so much that you can just poke one of them out of the pancake easily. just thought i'd share. it works. any looseleaf paper will work. so will wax paper or whatever. nothing too thick and nothing too fragile, or it will not work. patience is needed.

Honestly, instead of this repetition thing (coz I got the message the first time alr), I think Winston should've done three different ads for Xiaban Hou 1: For the Hou Hou Hou sale 2: For the Royal Rumble 3: Sneak peek of the previous episode

“Better to be the head of a rooster than the tail of a bull” - From the cock brand of mosquito coils I used in Japan for decades. Not sure on the ones in China but most of them are made with extracts from the chrysanthemum genus of flowers.. they contain a natural insect repellant. But of course burning it does create lots of byproducts.

Yeah the Chinese American Soldier is a recruiter it's not very high of a position at all actually very low he's not going to have access to sensitive stuff and more than likely the military knows about the video and if he was based in Korea he would know that he would B flagged buying a ticket to China without approval from higher up and more than likely would be stopped at the airport and if he did get through there would definitely have record of him going to China and they would be asking questions. And you can't just quit the army once you enlist you are obligated to fulfill that time till your contract is up unless you are discharged you can be discharged for poor performance medical reasons or disciplinary if you get dishonorably discharged it definitely can effect your future employment

No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. Even if you're not a religious person, it is very simply put and is very true. The Chinese guy with military loyalty issues needs to be released from his cushy but extremely loyalty based military job. I feel sad for the soldiers who are under him, I wonder how he treats them? Edit: The carrying of weapons means military is not just another job. People don't need to be ride or die in it, but to openly talk about it like he did is dangerous to not only him, but everyone he could point his rifle at.

25:45 I’m not sure if this was an official G20 meeting or just a bilateral meeting between two countries, as there were only two flags present. Even so, it was disrespectful to ask everyone to leave in the middle of the meeting, especially when the press had been allowed to attend. This created a diplomatic issue, particularly because the British Prime Minister was still speaking at the time.

You have to use special glue and glue the felt down to the inch thick slate slabs. You can do it and it will never rip and only have to take the table top up when it’s worn out.

When you are enlisted and take an oath quitting is not an option. If that chinese soilder in US army tries to run away and quit when things get hard; he will end up in a federal prison for going awall.
@gezza183 күн бұрын
He can literally just fly back into China and never really be found again. The U.S won’t be able to extradite him or send him to prison unless he is captured during a war. But that’s very unlikely.

The lines were cut purposely because upstream somewhere on that same cable someone is tapping into them. By the time those cables are fixed, you will never know that tap took place. Information and intelligence is what wins wars.

In my humble opinion, politicians NEVER reflect the reality and quality of their people. Unfortunately I don't know any Chinese personally, but for what I can see, they are beautiful people. Definitely don't deserve censorship and all that 💩. Nobody should live this way. Life is way too short. I wish we all can find peace, all around the world ❤️✌️

There was a video post on reddit recently about Chinese people stopping others from filming a protest by smacking down their phones, and I commented that it's not allowed to film bad things happening in China (don't get caught doing it) and mentioned putting up partitions so people couldn't see things like bridge collapses and mentioned this show and a couple of people came at me for "watching people that only have bad things to say about China"...though one person said I was right and another knew who you were but said they didn't realize "Serpentza and Laowie" were still making videos (maybe they're watching again!)...a mixed response. But the ones defensive of China were *too* defensive for that kind of meh statement, and I ended up with down 'doots' on that comment. :p I can guess where the angry people were from. But any country with a dictator (or even a strongman leader) is only going to get a negative opinion from me, I don't need convincing.

Well it is reddit. Full of echo chamber and sensitive people. When I was a teen, I didn’t know anything about politics. I do know China has a media called CCTV so I made a joke about it. Then got moderate on my comment. Bad for them tho cause now I know their country bad side.

Reddit is a political manipulation tool. Many of the views are artificially propagated by bots in a way that suggests it's enabled by reddit themselves. I can't be bothered looking it up but I would assume that Chinese investment owns most of reddit.
