Many in India hardly know the fact that Buddhism is Tibet came straight from India, with masters such as Śāntarakṣita, Padmasambhava, Kamalaśīla, and Atish Dipankar. All these Indian masters were invited by the Tibetan kings. Even Tibetan script was taken from Devanagari in around 7th century, just check and see the similarities between Tibetan and Devanagari.

It is hoped the Indian public and world at large will have a better understanding of how prior to China’s occupation, Tibet was an independent country, that for centuries enjoyed a peaceful border with India. India controls about 55% of the land area which includes Jammu, the Kashmir Valley, most of Ladakh, the Siachen Glacier, and 70% of its population. Pakistan controls about 30% of the land area which includes Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. China controls the remaining 15% of the land area which includes the Aksai Chin region, the largely uninhabited Trans-Karakoram Pass, and parts of the Demchok sector. India unilaterally claims China's territory based only on Mac Mahon's map route without consulting China!!! All of this was due to India's mistake which unilaterally took control of Kashmir in 1947 and therefore caused China to need to secure the TIBET region to prevent the occupation of Tibet by India!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND??? The conflict began after the partition of India in 1947 when India and Pakistan claimed the entirety of the former state of Jammu and Kashmir. The territorial dispute escalated into three wars between India and Pakistan and several other armed skirmishes. India controls about 55% of the land area which includes Jammu, the Kashmir Valley, most of Ladakh, the Siachen Glacier, and 70% of its population. Pakistan controls about 30% of the land area which includes Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. China controls the remaining 15% of the land area which includes the Aksai Chin region, the largely uninhabited Trans-Karakoram Pass, and parts of the Demchok sector. India unilaterally claims China's territory based only on Mac Mahon's map route without consulting China!!! The stupidity of the Indian leadership and the desire to control Kashmir and Tibet only invite disaster against the great power of CHINA!

Tibet is part of China. If India wants to stir trouble, China can stir a color revolution in the Eastern part of India. The people there are not Indian by any sense. They are more Asiatic, south-east Asian stock. They have been seeking independence from Bharat for a long while. This is how I see this dispute from a 3rd party point of view. China and India are like 2 semi detached houses, 200 years ago a gangster came and took over the Indian semi detached house, The Chinese got to keep its' house but the patio (South Tibet) was taken by the gangster. so for hundred over years both China and India endeavoured to take back what were rightfully theirs until 1947 when the gangster has reached ripe old age and was weak and has to let go. And when the gangster was gone, India reclaimed from the gangster what was rightfully indian property (the indian semi detached house) and also claimed that the patio that was taken from China by the gangster 100 years ago as theirs on the basis that they "INHERIT IT FROM THE GANGSTER".
