當初稀土價格很低的時候，歐美廠商全部破產，中國將專利全部買斷，加上後續不斷研發精煉技術，歐美拿甚麼競爭呢???

Rare earth is everywhere. The mining is very polluting. The refining is toxic and energy consuming. Moreover China is holding most of the patents for refining critical rare earth. So...the West , dream on.

坦桑尼亚的好日子来了，可以狠狠开价敲欧美竹竿了。中国在非洲的资源开采都伴随着基础建设的铺设，欧美如果只想开采而不做基础建设是不可能的，这个成本足够让欧美承受不起。而且哪怕像以前那样贿赂非洲高层也没用，因为中国开了个头，一旦欧美开采资源而不搞基础建设，会被民众怀疑政府高层出卖国家，会被政变的。欧美在这方面玩不过中国的，也会被以前的第三世界拿捏
