My father had PTSD. His story is part of my testamonial/autobiography. WW2 was the war he fought in. I believe he was a James Bond kind of guy. You're not going to be able to verify anyones information who has a TS clearance as a civilian. Even if you have a TS clearance you dont have access to all TS information its compartmentalized, so one person dosen't know what the other is doing unless they need to know. So what he's saying along with others is mostly probably accurate. Some of the stuff may seem farfetched but if you've been in the military/government you know how the government operates and they do more shady and corrupt things than you think. Its good to have an open mind when hearing this type of information and take it as a grain of salt until you see evidence that either confirms what you are hearing and seeing. But our only safety is the word of God and the Spirit of Prophesy. Everything else is a rabbit hole, especially when it comes to government ops.
