@@PyroXVuurwerk yes we have, and it's really unpleasant。The most well-known example is Wuhan Greenland Center, it was designed to be 636m in height, however the height was restricted to 475m during construction. Another example is the highest building in shenzhen at present(the building in this video is also located in shenzhen):ping an international finance centre. It's height is 592.5m now, reduced from 660m due to airline Moreover，there is another building called 湖贝塔 going to be built in Shenzhen in the next few years. It was said to be 878m at first, however the height is also restricted and still not sure until now（said to be 600+ at early time and 700+ now）

@@PyroXVuurwerk oh,I forgot to mention that the building in this video was said to be 746m, also reduced to 700m.......and still have a risk of being restricted
