It's neither the rice or the nutrients of the water- it's genetics. There is nothing you can put on your hair that will make it grow or prevent greys. As soon as hair grows out of the follicle it is dead. Grey hairs are linked to your genetics and to stress and how long you can grow your hair is also about genetics. Everyone's hair has a 'cap' where it will not grow any longer. That's why our arm, eyebrow, eyelash etc hair doesn't just keep growing. Same thing with the hair on your head

Do you know how many different cultures there are in the world? And they all seem to believe long hair represents femininity and spiritual connection. It’s a shame girls chop it off nowadays cause they think they are being original. It’s more original to grow you hair long.

As far as I know, my grandfather used nothing but water to wash his hair. In my opinion that's a bit much, I'd still want to use a substitute for shampoo at least. Stay far away from chemicals, they will cause hair to go white much faster. Apparently baking soda and tea are really good for cleaning hair. Also, do not use oils near your scalp as it will clog your hair follicles and cause hair loss. Only apply hair oils or conditioner on your ends.

@@e.k.d6181 Sikhs keep long unshorn hair for 2 reasons : 1) We believe keeping long hair as symbol of respect for the perfection of God's / nature's creation. Has nature given us any body part that is not necessary ? so why to cut hair and change nature's design 🙂 If they are meant to grow let them grow🙂 also after a certain length they automatically stop growing hehe.. 2) Guru Gobind Singh ji while fighting Mughal invaders in India formed Khalsa army to fight back them. He gave sikhs a unique identity & instructed those who will follow the Khalsa will never cut their hair or get forcefully converted to Islam and will always fight the injustice. So Sikhs chose death over getting their hair cuts or getting converted. They always stood against the forceful conversion. Now times have changed and many will say it makes no sense to keep hair for second reason but I still go by the first reason and don't cut them and I love them🙂

When I was 15 I cut my hair for the first time in 6-7 years. I thought my hair didn't weigh much but once it was cut off I DEFINITELY felt a weight difference! I cut off over 3.5 feet! My head felt soooooo light! It was the oddest thing! You really don't realize how heavy it is until it comes off.

Dhai Ahmed I'm in my mid twenties now and just 2 or 3 years ago I noticed that my hair was thinning out. My hair started to fall out more and more and even though I had long hair, it was so very thin. I started on birth control pills and that's really helped to balance out my hormones. My hair's gotten noticeably thicker since I started the pill. Maybe its just your hormones that's causing your hair thinning. Talk to your doctor.

Interesting thing was that the houses of the ladies were all elevated from the ground and made purely out if wood. Don't recall seeing electricity. They cooked using firewood. Could be the only house me and my travel mate coincidentally visit were 'tourist' house or too classic. Also taking in the sights of 5 hours trek from one village to the other.
