China Shing in Roma N was disappointing. Maybe their Singapore Noodles were their only saving Grace😑

We were looking for a good Chinese restaurant to do dinner in Roma Norte and came Across this one.
The staff didn’t speak Fluent English and didn’t react the way I thought he should have when I complained to him saying that nothing was made spicy despite choosing the dishes that supposedly were made spicy and also we mentioned to him to make everything we ordered spicy!
