The rules are not too hard, and assistance should be available for any potential misunderstanding, etc. at any local welfare offices to make sure the laws and regulations are understood, and properly followed. Americans cannot do just anything, in America. We have to follow the guidelines, like with businesses, etc. Laws are not to target any individuals and they apply to everyone equally. Americans cannot afford businesses, etc. Due to the laws and regulations and everyone has to abide by the same.

Some people use those terminology under the impression, it will cause laws to disappear. It doesnt. We are held to the laws and regulations and americans are very held to laws even in the area of causing poverty and many immigrants have alot of blessings americans are not entitled to.
