That's cool. I was a Taoist for a short while (I am follower of Yeshua now, Hallelujah) but never did tea ceremony...I think the host may have been missing the point slightly. The point is to stop and savor each moment, to be in gratitude and awe of the creation he is imbibing (how it was grown, the hands that harvested it, the nature it grew in, etc) and to enjoy the variation through the ceremony. I know it is difficult for westerners who grew up on constant electronic stimulation to do that.
