Facebook isn't obligated to give the U.S government the user's data. In fact they can take the government in to court. But in China things don't work like that. If the CCP comes to your company and asks for data and you say no then you have two options, you either give the data or say no and your whole company is shut down.

No, you've got it wrong. To have nothing to hide = don't hide = do whatever you want, I have nothing to fear = I do no wrong = no guilty feelings. So what it really says is: As long as I don't do anything wrong, I am free to do whatever I like. This is TOTALLY opposite of "don't need freedom". It doesn't take away freedom, it defines it.

This is just my humble opinion. I think you are brain washed by the cold war propaganda. Orwell is a left-wing activist. He supported Spain communist in Spanish Civil War as an volunteer. (this is explained as he's only there to fight Fascism and to protect democracy by the main stream media, but it's safe to say he's a Socialist.) What he opposed is Stalinism. However, he was heavily influenced by other communist factions like Trotsky.

@@utavinzo9481 Well the British government doesn't have my information, I know Google does, but I'm pretty sure they're not actively monitoring me with a network of cameras. It's also a jab at their statement because they most likely *would* keep recordings to further identify people and help the algorithm. They don't just monitor for emergencies and then wipe the slate clean at the end of each day.

VarietyGamer Britain has cameras, but it does not have the vast surveillance capabilities that are being demonstrated here. When the UK brought in a limited amount of recognition systems into its camera network there was widespread controversy. Furthermore, a lot of the cameras are not owned or operated by the government - unlike in China - most are actually privately owned.

Throwing a piece of half eaten chicken the the trash? Frowning when you see something on tv that you don't like. Not taking a shot you are told you have to take, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc. What is considered wrong by the government may be considered completely acceptable by the general public.

You haven't a clue what your talking. It is obviously not replying to minor offences and if it is then you will be charged for those minor offences as you always have, it's just more likely for you to be caught. The ONLY PEOPLE who are SCARED of the CAMERA is those up to NO GOOD! Even if they can SEE inside your ROOM, who cares if your behaving? Helicopters have a thermal imaging camera which can take the roof off any building anyway which shows heat signature for those inside. Chinooks have a more sophisticated radar than Police choppers. China, Russia, US, UK, North Korea etc all have cameras and it's not a new thing. People think they're going to be a part of some surveillance state but people do that to themselves and help themselves with all the phones, computers, laptops, silly gadgets that people decor the home with. YOU all are happily addicted to your phone so why are you complaining? You CLAIM you need Technology to fight fire with fire then complain they're mind control devices to Slience authority, you don't know what you want do you? YOU are already a sheep. Hating the government is nothing new it's called anachronism and that is just rioters which would continue to exist long after the abolished police force. Herds me Q. Fa ya. It's Who's going to get criminals if the police don't exist? Let me guess, a random button in the town square to vote to send a person to jail?? And who's going to put the system in place? A Government? Let's just have a peace force not a police force 😂😂😂😂 aren't you already aware of Peace troopers? Are you just expecting the star wars or starship trooper version? Too many Wendell Steven books? If money doesn't exist what's the point of stores? Cashless Society? It's still money darling and isn't it apart of the NWO too ya? I think if you can't offer a solution please discard your rant!

This is the real problem when you visit China as it enacted Anti Espionage Law and National Security Law requiring a Chinese citizen to report any suspicious foreigner in China! but the laws are too vague to know its standard of arresting a foreigner! Thus all over China all kinds of shitty reports on line (a blogger just tap the screen to report!)to obtain $70,000 reward! This is rampant activity all over China! And when you leave for your home country at the airport you may be stopped! Know how dangerous to travel to China now! I am a traveler and blogger and I can assure everyone that traveling to China is not as safe as you travel to the West or even Korea.. Surveillance, and hidden cam, and even plain clothes secret agents were watching every movement of any Western looking people, and through the satellite was transmitted to the data base nearby, and full profile of any Westerner in China is stored and at the airport when leaving for their home country you could be stopped at any time and any day and anywhere! Even a hotel I stayed at security officers regularly check any Westerner! It is still awfully police state reminding me of the Nazi Germany! Folks! let us not travel to China and spend money! Some local Chinese might report you of anti-China activities for 70 000 dollars and you could be arrested at the airport! I was stopped at the airport!

Stop eating Microwave food, don't drink beer, stop being MAD at Bud light because you don't drink alcohol, and stay inside like you did in lockdown but then you wouldn't wanna do that would you. Realise what true anti freedom is and they only done that because of your safety. Who cares he was a terrorist 🤷🏻‍♂️ and we was saving a whole nation from destruction and desolation. Obviously these prodigies don't and never have an answer for that though. They usually never do... I done a test, you can too. Go to David Icke website and ask on iconic to help you to a book in the advertiser. It's still on the site and the chat person (who probably hates Icke) goes sorry we don't know I can find out. A week later after asking every day they say sorry I couldn't find out I will put you in touch with the official staff at his website. I will tell them to contact you. They never do! So who's the sheep! 😅 I heard they block people too on anything negative or sensitive. Free speech where? These losers can't even talk let alone walk. I was born in Hong Kong, but have lived in Canada for 48 years. My wife and I have traveled back to China 7 times in the past 10 years, and the feeling of and experience in China can be summarized as: "Each time is better than last time - in terms of establishments, live and people quality". This Chinese government has been doing something really right for the past 30 years, and has gained wide support from Chinese citizens (except Hong Kong, here the British colonial government has done a very good job in making many people forget their root, and blindly worship the Americans). I can say China has finally found her own way that works for her. "Democracy" American style does not suit everyone... During my visits, I do not feel that I am being watched. I have relatives and friends living in China. No one, as long as we are law-abiding, would feel uneasy/tension living/staying in China. Overall, my experience in China have been very good. I actually feel safer and more relaxed walking on streets in any China city more than walking on streets in Chicago and Miami... By the way, it is well known that all the riots happening in Hong Kong now are funded by the Yankees. Rioters also have received military training from CIA, and anti-government organizers have been meeting with officials of US embassy in Hong Kong, which has over 1,000 employees. If you want to understand China/Hong Kong more, go see it with your own eyes and stay away from BBC...
