+Ronnie Mu virgin flare to planche is a combo that's been around forever, and in fact started before bboying in gymnastics/acrobatics, as they would use a planche to reverse flares from clockwise to counterclockwise and vice versa..... I think calling that a bite is stretching it a bit...

slug Yes in gymnastics not in bboying lol in gymnastics there's no biting since... its gymnastics. Junior is the first bboy to actually use virgin flares to planche, virgin flares to reverse virgin flares is an entire different movement since you are still using momentum to swing the other direction, virgin flare to planche is much more difficult because not only are you stopping from all of that momentum, but you are also holding yourself in a ridiculous balance stance.
