People are looking at a better prospect of life compare to their forefather who were mostly serfs under Dalai and nobody wishes to go back to that life again. He further mentioned that China has changed now and isn't the same that it used to be. How is that possible? The China that we know now has been the most oppressive than they have ever been, with their government funded forced organ harvesting facilities and government sponsored mass rape initiative and forced sterilization of the Uyghur population. Doesn't he know about the human rights violation in China where apart from the Han population, everyone else are considered inferior and needs to be eradicated, oppression that has been going on in Tibet for the past 50 years over the Tibetan population, or the fact that so many Tibetans have given their lives due to the free Tibet movement? Why do Tibetans unreservedly agree with a religious leader as the supreme decision maker of all affairs in Tibet? If Tibet were a country, the Dalai Lama would be the supreme power of king + president + spiritual leader, as both a human king and a god. This system seems to me even more despotic than medieval kings. Many Indians like to say Aksai Chin belongs to India. But, no, its Tibetan name already tells you the contrary truth. Even further to the south, Ladakh was originally an ancient Tibetan kingdom and should rightfully belong to China. I say we should return all these lands to China, and quit that greedy expansionism that present-day India has inherited from Father England.
