I love fresh bamboo shoots with pork! Maybe chopped pork belly, with onions, garlic and shoyu. I’d cut them on a slant, not too thick so it doesn’t take too long to cook. yummy!

It really doesn’t matter whether their kitchen is dirty or they wash their vegetables in the lakeside as long as they are comfortable and they got a choice of doing what’s best for them. After all it goes into their own tummy. Have we ever pondered where are vegetables are grown? maybe in a plot nearby grave yards.. but we don’t see them.
