To be fair they are copying and iterating on existing designs and balancing. Does it look better? Sure. But I doubt they could have made this stuff from scratch. That's why they don't have any wholly unique characters in the game yet.

Ofc lots of people are gonna complain. I refuse to be like genshin fanboys that defend every single of hoyoverse's decision while getting treated like crap by them. Also, stop defending every single of respawn's bad decisions by saying it's EA's fault. The overpriced cosmetics sure. But, do you know who decides what content gets released? Who designs the ranked system? It's all respawn. Just look at FFXIV, everybody praises that game and even promotes it. Do you know why?
