When China opened it's doors to Western car brands and they all started building factories in China, millions of Chinese started working in those factories and millions of Chinese bought those Western cars. The ONLY difference is that it's all reversed now. Chinese building factories in EU, where millions of Europeans work in those factories and millions of Europeans buy those cars.

So Chine has give up of confrontation with west. EU gets the factories, the technology, and Chine gets 0 tarrif and EU market. I think China lost the opportunity to crush EU automobil industry, and European country so not respect their part in Contract.
