Chinese BBQ in Backyard with my circus-something happened unexpected😆后院烧烤

We were enjoying some family time at the backyard! And my son had to make some troubles , And my daughter's comment in the end about KZbin subscription is a real opinion lol
Here are the recipes in the video:
Chicken satay Chinese style marinade:
2 lbs Chicken breast or Chicken thigh
2 stalks lemongrass, white parts only
4 cloves garlic
1 big shallot or 4-5 small ones ( peel and chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Sichuan chili powder
2 tbsp Sugar or honey
1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder
1 tbsp water
Chinese BBQ potatoes:
1lb red potatoes
2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp cooking oil (canola oil)
1-2 tsp Sichuan chili pepper powder
1 tsp Sichuan pepper corn powder
1 tsp Ground black pepper powder
Salt to taste

That actually sounds really good. As long as the chocolate is maybe a bit darker, I think it would taste excellent. It kind of reminds me of chili pepper chocolate you can get in Guatemala and other Latin American countries/Mexico. Smooth and darkly sweet things taste so delicious with spicy things! 😁

i love watching your videos, my mom is chinese and grew up in nanjing but loves spice so she always makes sichuan style food. we have so much dried sichuan peppercorn and oil and we use it in every stir fry we make, we call it 麻木的胡椒油 as a joke to confuse my dad as he’s english

You should really make your own WOK and sell it to your KZbin subscribers. I have been looking for a wok for a long time and I haven't got a clue to what I am looking for. I had to ask my sister-in-law what rice cooker is the best. She also serves rice at every meal. She is from the Philippines. My brother has to work out to stay in shape for the Navy. If he didn't her cooking would definitely catch up on his gut 😂

I love spicy foods,but my daughter didnt.So while she was growing up,I made Various versions of dinners. She would've never took even a bite of food cooked with onions,garlic, scallions, absolutely No cumin,tumeric. My ex loved lots of meat, while I was vegetarian at the time.now vegan.We all liked diffrent foods. Your recipes are fantastic,you're such a Great Cook. Very Creative!I live alone now,and cant wait to try these recipes! I love how your children enjoy watching you cook!
