Chinese Biryani Recipe | Mix Veg Biryani Recipe | Veg Biryani Recipe
Serves 8-10 person
In a Deep pot, heat 3/4th cup oil
1 large onion sliced
Fry till brown
Add
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
Add half cup water
Mix and cook
Add Tomatoes 5-6
Cover and let it cook for 8-10 minutes till tomatoes get soft.
Biryani Masala:
1 cup yogurt
2 tez patta
6-8 long
8-10 black pepper corns
2 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
2-4 cinnamon sticks small
2 tbsp cumin coriander powder
Salt to taste
Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Use Vegetable of your choice
2 carrots
1 cauliflower
1 cabbage
1 cup peas
2 large potatoes
3 capsicum
2 spring onions
Green chillies
Add the hard vegetables first
Cook for 10-12 minutes
Then add the rest of them mix and turn off the flame cover
Layering
Vegetable qorma
Green chillies
Food colour
80% boiled rice
Oil+ water (1cup) drizzle
I have used sela rice 1 kg
