Spend years with people from China and you will see this a lot. Intention is everything. It's not said to hurt, put down or condemn. And that is what is so refreshing about humor in China. Very cool and interesting idea for a video. I suspect most people look down on waiters for a job, but actually being a good waiter, intuitive, perceptive to the clients' wills and needs, is a human skill difficult to attain. The best waiters can look into people and quickly understand where they're from, what's their situation, what they need/want right now and you know what? When a good waiter can do well and go over the top, the client is always grateful - even though I know sometimes they don't give the recognition the waiter deserves. Good job man, I appreciate this cool video and all your work.
