the palce and music is from the Gojal region of Hunza valley in Gilgit-Baltistan and the dancers are from the Taxkorgan county of Xinjiang across the border..People on both sides of the border are ethnically wakhi pamiries exactly like what you have punjabies on Pakistani and Indian sides of the border in Punjab
