I just want to say that I truly enjoy your plant videos. They're short and to the point as well as informative. And this video on the Silver Bay aglaonema is one of the reasons I purchased one. She's doing fine (her name is Onema) and I just love her. This is a really beautiful plant - she's not fussy, mine doesn't care for bright light at all - she's growing profusely! I think it's time to repot. This is really a stunning plant. I don't think anyone can go wrong. Thanks again!

That one I call a silver bay or crystal bay aglaonema. The Evergreen is another one that gets tall like that but has skinnier and darker variagation. The small one with the pinkish reddish edges pink stems that you see is called the red Siam or Siam Aurora. Those are the three most popular aglaonemas. The only problem I have with these plants is giving them too much light they could get wrinkly wilty or fade or burn from direct sun.

May not like the spot or light it's getting. Originally I had mine about 2 feet from an east facing window - she didn't like it. Moved her to a spot 8 feet from the east facing window - she just gets the 'brightness of the light coming in, she loved it and started popping out new leaves left and right!

I have had mine forever. I finally repotted it out of the nursery pot, which I had to cut it out. Now its not doing so good. A few yellow leaves, and leaves with holes in them or cracks. Any ideas? I have a good pot with drainage. Big west facing window where its been for a few years. Thanks!!

That's awesome! Only repot up to 2" of a larger pot. West facing might be a little bit much but if your plant is acclimated to it then more power to you. I have mine in medium light in its thriving.

You could try propagating by cutting off the tops and potting those up in the same pot as the stems. The stems should generate new off shoots. Do not overwater. You may also root the cut off tops (with leaves) in water, then pot up into soil with the cut stems (bottoms).
