@@Spark-Gold removing the eggroll crust is a start and then using sesame oil, ginger, garlic, pepper, mirin and ounce of low sodium soy sauce to the inner crust as sauce. Chili oil in the stir fry for flavoring.

You think this is crazy, but it's not. I used to work at Round Table back in the 90's. They had a Cashew Chicken Pizza that was awesome. The sauce was a sweet chili & chopped garlic, with the toppings being a three cheese blend, tomatoes, green onion, chopped chicken and cashews. I might be forgetting something, but that's essentially it. It was really good.
