Sir great work! Only one thing you have missed, mostly universities mn, CSC k portal pr apply krny k bad University ki website pr bhi apply krna hota hy using CSC application number there. Jo k majority students jo apply kr rahy hota hn mis kr dyta hn because there is not much clear information about that but its compulsory.

Yes, now you can only apply to one university under category B. This year they have updated their policies but you can apply for 2 universities under category A and for the third Using category B.

There is no specific eligibility criteria and it varies from university to university, very few universities require cgpa of 3 or above while most universities accept 2.5 or above, but cgpa alone doesn't matter and your research/work experience, certifications, courses related to your major also makes you a strong candidate.
