To be honest i eat Chinese muslim food before its delicious but the Price is to Expensive Restaurant and even street food like this so disappointed

Hui ethnic Chinese muslims speak Chinese and have Chinese culture. Why on earth hui ethnic Chinese Muslims dance UIGHUR turk dance in uighur national clothing and uighur music?

They are representative from various Muslims minorities in China at the festival including from Xinjiang.

@khairunna100 Hui are ethnic Chinese muslims. The Uighurs are turks. The ?dancers are not Uighurs. This is Chinese methods of assimilation .
