Mmmmmm honey-citron tea/jam is so delicious. Great for winter time too. I buy jars of Korean made citron tea/jam every fall to get us a vitamin C boost during winter.

@@64sonora Guided by the spirit of her ancestors. Haha!! A bit of that and a bit of this. A matter of trial and error and experience. Not baking so proportions do not matter as much. At the top right corner of there video, there is a 3 dot symbol click on that. Different languages for the caption will appear. I can get English captions. If you are familiar with the seasoning, you will be guided by experience. Trouble is when we are not familiar with some ingredients. I don't use pomelo peel as a cooking ingredient either and some of her ingredients are totally unfamiliar to me. But what she does gives me ideas.

Hi Wild girl! Hello friend!🤗 Once in awhile we see pomelo in the grocery stores here where I live in Texas...Usually in the late fall to early winter. The variety I see is large, but no where near this size! These are huge!!!😳 They're not pear shaped like these, but rather are round and look like a grapefruit when you see the color of the pulp inside. Skin is the same pale lime green color. They have are mostly pith like these, but do have more pulp than this variety. I'll have to be sure and check the sticker on the fruit next time and see where they come from. They're definitely a different variety. My favorite that you prepared was the candied pomelo! I never imagined it as a main dish! Very interesting! It's certainly a lot of work to take the bitterness out of pith, but worthwhile, I never thought of fruit as so versatile. The place where the pomelos are grown looks like some magical forest in a fairy tale... Thank you for sharing another great look into your life!😊❤
