This time, Mama Siska is back with a recipe for how to make Chinese Steamed Bun or usually called Bakpau / Bakpao in Indoneisa. It is filled with Chicken Fillings which is super super delicious. The bun is also super soft and the cost is very friendly with our wallet!

INGREDIENTS:
1. Chicken Filling:
- Chicken 300gr (finely chopped)
- Leek
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Seasoning 1/4 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Tapioca Flour 1 tsp
2. Bun Bread:
- High Protein Wheat Flour 150gr
- Medium Protein Wheat 150gr
- Tapioca Flour 30gr
- White Butter 30gr
- Sugar 50gr
- Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
- Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
- Instant Yeast 1 tsp
- Water 180ml
