VERY WELL DONE! Went to the kitchen and threw those Top Raman noodles into the broth with some ginger & garlic tea I made that was not very tasty, put some real bits of lemon in it and made my own Chinese dinner tonight! Still can't make pot stickers or the "din sum" stuff but really good. Now we can dump that video going around that claims that dog, cat, snake and rat are on everyone's dining list! And you have to realize that long term living in China will bring many difficulties, especially for foreigners. But in terms of lifestyle, it beats pretty much any American city. Waking up everyday in that environment brings a lot of positivity and joy.
