Great video! Some questions contain advanced vocabularies so they aren't easy to teenagers.

The kids seem very friendly and polite. I’m teaching in a similar school in Bangkok but looking at moving to China

They did very well! The kids nowadays start learning English much younger than my generation. They started at grade 3 (小学三年级)? Back in my days, late 80s/90s, we didn’t start until middle school (初一 or grade 7). The kids are lucky to have you as their teacher. I never had a native speaker as my English teacher. Not in middle school, not even in university.

Their english is much better than same age students in Korea and Japan (though the Philippines is obviously the best in Asia). China is just next level.

None of them said "I didn't understand" or "can you repeat that" They are very good for their age

All the questions were asked in English, so that in itself makes these students quite smart for their age. Great video by the way. 🙂

Your Chinese pronunciation is really good. Your students also speak English really clearly. Obviously, you are an excellent teacher!

Zebra's have SPARKES! Wasn't aware and I'm from South Africa! haha! What a fun vid - they seem calm and reserved - suppose it's different when the camera's are off. BTW - would love to know what the working hours are for the different schools - e.g What time do the schools start and end. Are they all the same? Private, training centres etc . Thank you

Awesome videos, I have been teaching for over 12 years. I started out at a language centre like you did. But working in an International school has changed everything. Would you every consider working in an International school or do you prefer working in a Chinese school?

Their English sounded very good. I was trying to think how many I would get in Chinese. I wouldn't have known some of the words. Zebra, Pyramids etc. so I couldn't get those right.
