I think its really her personality, I remember she was the top of her class when she was a student so I guess she is smart, confident and sociable since she was a kid. Rosé on the other hand grew up in another country so she's probably more careful in how to behave and interact in korea where the culture is more conservative. In their western guestings and english interviews she's the most confident and sociable tho.

When I watched some videos of this program, I really admired the way that they were kind with her, they did not sit next to her in the car to avoid rumors and problems, they complimented her, really appreciated them being kind with Jisoo.
