Ingredients for Wontons
250g pork mince
2 shallots chopped (scallions)
20 grams shredded ginger
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy
1/2 tbsp Shoaxing wine
1 tap of sesame oil
I/4 tsp of white pepper
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Wonton sheets
Ingredients for the Broth:
2 L of chicken stock.
4-6 slices of ginger
1 spring onion bruised
4 cloves of garlic bruised
1 tablespoon of soy sauce stirred through at the end
1 half tablespoon of fish sauce stirred through at the end.
Method.
Place the broth ingredients into the pan and simmer for approximately half an hour.
Make wontons using the above ingredients. The video really shows each step in detail and is easy to follow along.
