I'm kind of lost in the line when the students says: 我想请您几个问题 or 我想问您几个问题
@EdlizofChinesePodАй бұрын
Hi @andresbenavides1768! The correct expression is "我想问您几个问题。" The word "请" (please) is typically used when requesting someone to do something, while "问" (ask) specifically refers to the act of asking questions. Therefore, "I would like to ask you a few questions" (我想问您几个问题) sounds more natural. Saying "I would like to please you a few questions" (directly translated as "我想请您几个问题") is uncommon and doesn't follow typical grammatical structure. "问" is the more appropriate verb here.
