Hi Lubna, I have followed most of your recipes and they turn out perfectly so a big thank you for that!☺️. Even this tasted great however the noodles didn't cook perfectly in 5 mins of soaking, I had to heat them up and it took another 7 mins with me checking to see whether they were done which defeats the purpose 😣

Cornflour is fine powder of corn, whereas arrowroot powder is fine powder of arrowroot (अरारोट, (अंग्रेज़ी:ऍरोरूट) जिसका वैज्ञानिक नाम 'मैरेंटा अरुंडिनेशी' (Maranta arundinacea) होता है, एक बहुवर्षी पौधा होता है। यह वर्षा वन का आवासी है। इसके राइज़ोम से प्राप्त होने वाले खाद्य मंड (स्टार्च) को भी अरारोट ही कहा जाता है।
