CHINIYOTI PULAO (Pakistani) || Muradabadi Pulao (Indian)

CHINIOTI PULAO
mutton 1 kg
high quality basmati rice 3 cups (rince 3,4 time ,it will help to reduce the starch from rice then soak for 30 mins)
ghee 3/4 cup
sour yogurt 1 cup (if yogurt is sweet use 1-1/2 cup)
FOR YAKHNI WE NEED:
water 6 glass for pot cooking and 4 for pressure cooker
salt 1 tbsp
cumin seeds 1 tbsp
fennel seeds 1 tbsp
coriander seeds 1-1/2 tbsp
black pepper corns 15
cloves 10
bay leaves 3
cinnamon stick 2 (1 inch pieces)
black cardamoms 3
onions roughly chopped 2 medium
garlic 1 whole
ginger 1 inch piece
green chilies 4 cut into halves
FOR BAGHAR WE NEED:
onion 1 large thinly sliced
tomatoes cut round 2 med
green chilies 6 whole
ginger 2 tbsp julienne
garlic/ginger paste 1 tbsp full
cloves 10
black pepper corns 15 to 20
cinnamon stick 2 (1 inch pieces)
black cardamoms 2
green cardamoms 4
black cumin (shah zeera) 1 tbsp
cumin 1 tbsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tbsp

Hello Maheraz this video gives a good description compared to others and I am sure it is a very Nice Pilau. Although you gave a comprehensive description I am sure if you can measure either in millimetre or grams for the size of the ‘cup’ you Use for the rice / water -as the cup you have might not be of the same size to other users .Different country will have different size of Cups but if you say the cup I am using for water is 147 grams for rice etc .Remember on KZbin you are reaching A very wide audience around the world and if people get the exact measurement- you described the size of some in inches And if you add that extra bit of information people will have an exact model of the pulao you cooked.They will be satisfied as it Surely comes out tasty as your- hence you will get more people coming to your channel. Take care .

Please let me know what is the difference between yakhni pulao and this chinyoti pulao? Or is this just to make it sound more exotic?

difference is in ingredients.yakhni pulao has pure flavor of beef ,mutton or chicken stock and chiniyoti pulao has tomatoes,green chilies flavor and fennel seeds aroma in it
