One of the things na namention natin dito ay ang overstocking of food. Karamihan sa atin, we spend too much with food in the supermarket. Nags-stock tayo ng mga de lata, instant foods, at kung anu-ano pa. Okay naman kung ganon, pero dumating ang susunod na buwan, nagstock ulit tayo ng mga pagkain, and then the next month ulit, hanggang sa nags-stock lang tayo ng pagkain sa pantry at after the year ends, minsan ay na-eexpire ang ating mga pagkain nang hindi natin nagagamit. Malaking sayang talaga yon. So what could be our solution to this? Panoorin natin para malaman natin.

Agree. But I still believe in moderation. I don't want to feel deprived of the money I worked so hard for. I would just feel that I'm just working and not really living and lose sight of the present because my eyes are glued to the unknown future. I mean, goals are good and all but there are things that happen that are beyond us. I stock only enough food, got my money goals up, tipid here and there, pay my bills ahead of time, I make sure I withdraw with my banks' atms, get investments and whatnot for my future but I also want to enjoy what I can enjoy right now. No amount of money can ever buy a good relationship. In the real sense of those words.

Just want to add something. 9th ways we are throwing money unconsciously. impulsive buying - karamihan satin bumibili ng hindi natin napag-iisipan talaga. At sa huli, we are asking ourselves bakit natin binili yung bagay na yun. Ill add 1 thing as well how to get rid of this problem -Dont buy base in your emotion. bumili ka base sa kaylangan mo hindi sa nagustuhan mo sya. -determine what is asset and what is liability.

I let him handle his own money for the first 2 years and when I found out he didn’t have any savings when I checked how much he saved, I stepped in and budget his earning..Now he is happy to find out we have saved 80 percent of his earnings every month.👍

I think life should be enjoyed. Find a middle ground where you can save money and also splurge without guilt. Iisa lang ang buhay and in my opinion dapat ma enjoy din natin pinaghirapan natin. Sino ba makakapagsabi na tatanda ang isang tao hanggang 90 yrs old? Wala dba. We can die anytime. So I think kung gusto mo ng milktea kc pagod ka from work, why not?! Pera mo naman yan and you deserve to feel good. So all I'm saying is find a good balance.

Asides it is not good to our health also .. according to research more sugar in our body does more harm than good such as weight gain, obesity, diabetes, prone infections kz bacteria and viruses loves sugar.... etc.... Napagasto p tayo s food then mapagasto p tayo pag nagkasakit... Based on experience yan... What i will do if pagod aq s work... E tulog q n lang yan... Minsan i go to gymn or zumba in my room or with friends... and again according to research... Exercise is a good way to combat stress from work...

Guilty ako sa overstocking of food. Yung akala ko nakakatipid ako pero ang dami palang nasasayang kasi na eexpire ng di ko namamalayan. Dami kong nasayang na baking ingredients like cream cheese which is atleast 140 per pack 😢. Kaya di na din ako nag stock, namimili na lang ako if sure na ako kung kelan ako magbe bake 😃.
