A consistent and well run middle school indoor program

​@@rifle2563Part time job worth of hours year round, great instruction, and being molded into the role from the 5th grade. Same thing as all top caliber high school music programs. Indoor, marching, band, drums, color guard, anything. There's no secret, but it takes incredible dedication and resources from the school, parents, and the performers themselves, for over a decade, something most simply can't combine and sustain.
