Thank you !! I’m glad you switched I tried many techniques and I notice only shrimp will get me more bites like anything else and that’s why I’m not trying anymore because I think I’m done trying and I’m just enjoying catching fish and share with other people!!

Why do you say "It's in the mouth" when you are using a float and eggs? A barbless hook would make releasing those Cutts easier on the fish too.

I sometimes pinch the barb when there are a lot of smaller fish.

If you watch our unusual encounters salmon video there was accidental snag even with the float I like to say it’s in the mouth because it’s not snagged

@@chrisburgess6964 There are no hatchery sea run Cutthroat Trout in Oregon. All are native fish. I release most of my sea run Cutthroat s. The population is still low, though improving, compared to 30-40 years ago.
